Workbeast – Logo
Here’s a logo I worked on in conjunction with Thought & Theory for a company called Workbeast, a networking resouce for IT/web professionals. The challenge was to create a new, more simplified, mark based off of Workbeast’s current logo (a circle shaped dragon, with glasses & a tie). We presented several options, some just simplifiying what they already had & others venturing further out, but still keeping the dragon in mind. After a couple rounds of revisions, the client chose the W-Dragon as the direction the wanted to pursue. I think the most challenging part about the project was trying to nail down a look that would be appropraite for a web based company and still translate well to single color print applications. Overall I’m pretty happy with the final result.. hope you enjoy

One Love – Poster
What a better way to celebrate your 24th birthday than with a graphic art show collective! In 2008 The Robin Shepherd Group had it’s 24th birthday and decided to throw a small event in Springfield’s PIE studio to celebrate. The entire creative team at the agency was tasked with designing a poster series that reflected on the number 24… not a small task considering that all of the new posters would be showcased with 24 of Shepherds’ past favorites. Above was my contribution to the show – 24 icons of advertising & design coming together for a single reason… hope you enjoy

Beards & Brushes – Art Show
Over the past few years jacksonville has been experiencing a host of wicked rad themed art shows put on by local folks like, Sean Collins (pictured above). I was super stoked to be included in the line-up for this one & really bummed that I was out of town during the opening. Judging by the pics, Beards & Brushes was a hella’ good time. Big ups to Sarah Butsch of pointclickenjoy for snapping off a few shots of my contribution to the festivities… I owe you one!
